I never thought about this before, but I saw a video that talks
about a study released from the University of Wisconsin,where
people were successful when combining Nicotine Lozenges with Nicotine Patches.

It took me 2 years to fully Quit Smoking, it is really difficult to Stop smoking and you need lots of self discipline to stop the cravings on cigarettes.
i have not been smoking for about 2 years now thanks to nicotine patches and a lot of self-discipline. the withdrawal symptoms i got from quitting smoking was not nice though.
